Seeing yourself play on video can be very helpful IF you know what to look for. To launch our new website we are offering a FREE VIDEO ANALYSIS, for a limited time, to help you focus on what would take your game to the next level.

Hi, I'm Adrian, lifelong player & coach. Welcome to Personal Best Tennis where we help players of all abilities and experience learn to get more out of this wonderful game, starting with strokes they've already got.

Send us a video of you playing, up to 10 minutes long, easily taken on your smartphone, and we'll give you our overall assessment of your game. We'll outline your strengths and weaknesses, suggest an optimal game style, & prioritize things to work on. Trying to do this for yourself can be time-consuming and frustrating.

How much better could you be with the right advice? So, why not take advantage of our decades experience of helping others and jump start your game. We're here to help you get closer to your personal best tennis. Thanks for stopping by. and again, welcome.

So you're going to send us a video  for our comments. Great!

You could  send us video of  a particular shot, your serve, your backhand, volleys, your passing shots. Or just general hitting or playing points, up to a maximum of 2 GB, or 10 minutes.

Tell us what you would like comments on, or leave that to us.  Tell us  how much time  you have to practice, and  we will give you our best suggestions to jump start your game.

Now, how do you send these clips to us? It is very easy via Wetransfer.com. There is no charge, but you cannot send more than 2GB at any one time. You simply go to www.wetransfer.com, upload one clip at a time from your gallery or folder. They will show you the size of the clip, and the remaining upload capability. Should you need more space simply send a second email with the remaining clips. Mark which clip numbers you are sending. Add any comments and send to adrian@personalbesttennis.com.

So that's it! We will carefully review all your clips, and come up with a roadmap of your best way forward, based on our decades of helping others, to save you time , and needless frustration!

If you are keen to improve then you need to know 2 things. What you should work on, and the best way to practice those things. It may not be self-evident, so having an experienced, objective opinion, could save you much time and frustration.

If you don't have a plan, then how do you choose what to work on?  Learn new strokes? Break bad habits? Copy the pros? Just do more of the same? A random approach is not the best way to unlock your full potential!

So, I look forward to hearing from you, and together helping you get closer to your Personal Best Tennis.
